No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme as shown in Option A which indicates 6-inch-high brass letters reading 'Scotch&Soda' pin-mounted to fascia of balcony and vinyl logos applied to glass of storefront windows. Recommend applicant consider a dark grey color scheme for the storefront rather than black. Blade sign option was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
