No objection to issuance of permit for alterations at rear provided all existing windows are repaired apart for new wood casements at front basement level, existing rear slab to be removed for new brick permeable paving and wood fence per supplemental drawings dated 26 March 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
