No objection to issuance of permit for partial demolition of rear wall at first floor to conform to approved concept design. The scope of the rest of the work is excavation of basement, underpinning and foundation-to-grade. The construction drawings for the two-story enclosed porch rear addition will be filed separately for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
