No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story rear addition to replace screened porch as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 April and 13 May 2013 which indicate painted wood trim, siding and cladding and all-wood insulated casement windows with simulated-divided-lites. Submit cut-sheets /architectural detailing for wood casement windows that conform to approved design prior to ordering windows. Rooftop mechanical equipment must be located where it will not be visible from the public alley. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
