The Commission regrets that work on both facades of corner building were completed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed woven fabric awnings mounted within openings, for a single bulb light fixture and for alterations to door and window trim as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 February 2014 which indicate awnings over door and on windows on P and 26th Streets. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
