No objection to issuance of permit for proposed site work on rear yard, including permeable stone terrace, stone stairs with metal railing, and replacement vertical board fence to match existing as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 April 2014 which indicate terrace on a sand and gravel base. Recommend consideration of planting a tree to replace Cherry tree that is removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
