No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story in-fill rear addition plus basement as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 May 2014 which indicate rear wall of addition is inward from rear wall of historic ell and all rear windows are replaced with Marvin Wood Ultimate Double Hung 2/2 all–wood windows with 1 ¾ inch true–divided–lite muntins and half–screens. Rooftop mechanical equipment to be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. The scope of work does not include any alteration to the front facade. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
