No objection to issuance of permit to rebuild deteriorated garden wall in–kind with existing brick and insert new wood doors with sidelights at basement rear areaway per drawings dated 15 April 2014. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
