No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations including outdoor seating area defined by removable steel fencing, relocation of single entry door to first bay, replacement storefront system to match detailing and finish of existing, woven fabric awnings to match existing and logo for "Mama Rouge" limited to the valance of two awnings as shown in supplemental drawings dated 22 May 2014. No other sign is proposed under scope of work in this permit application. Proposed additional lamp posts were deleted from this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
