No objection to issuance of permit for proposed site work on front yard, including reconstruction of retaining wall to match existing, replacement brick walkway, area for bench with ground cover plantings and new landscaping as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 August 2014 which indicate reduction in the amount of hardscape. Light fixtures in the landscape and walkway are not appropriate and were deleted from this permit application. No objection to only one light fixture no taller than 14 inches at front door. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
