No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to storefront, including replacement metal stairs, repair of all wood trim and cornice, replacement awning above door, steel door, landscaped area in front of bay, and brick–in of basement window as shown in supplemental drawings dated 20 June 2014 provided that replacement glazing on storefront bay has single–glazed true divided lite wood muntins and that light fixture by entry door is no taller than 18 inches. Use of a single lite window on storefront was not approved. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including detailed and dimensioned drawings, landscape plan, cut–sheets and fabric sample, with permit application for review by the Commission.
