No objection to issuance of permit for new eight-story brick dormitory with stone and glazed towers, projecting bay aluminum windows, and flat roof, for landscape plan and for site work including pervious pavers at plazas, handicapped access ramp and stair, per drawings dated 15 August 2014. Erect a material sample panel on site, facing south, for review by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
