No objection to issuance of permit for proposed exterior work, including removal of durastone from west facade, new windows, removal of historic neon sign for repair and re-installation, reconstruction of original chimney, and repair to metal canopy, all of which had been previously approved (see OG 14-116), as shown in supplemental drawings dated 3 September 2014 which indicate plaque with address numbers was deleted from this permit application and will be submitted separately for review by the Commission. Report to the Old Georgetown Board with any findings made during removal of stucco from the facade that may require revisions to the approved design. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
