No objection to issuance of permit for revisions to approved design for rear alterations to install either an all–wood or metal window system with framing and mullions components as narrow as possible as shown in supplemental drawings dated 25 August 2014. The option for a clad window system is not appropriate for the historic district, was not approved, and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
