Recommendation
No objection to concept design for proposed alterations and site work as shown in supplemental drawings received 10 December 2014 which indicate brick walls on side yards and rear yard, solid wood board fence on west property line to screen neighbor's pool, a picket fence no taller than 42 inches high on front yard and along sidewalk, and gates composed of wood panels behind pickets. Widening of driveway for parking pad on front yard was not approved and was deleted from the scope of work. File new submission at DCRA of working drawings, including details, dimensions and landscape plan, with permit application for review by the Commission.
