No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including replacement fences at rear, shed, vent and new windows on party wall as shown in supplemental drawings received 19 August 2015 which indicate two all-wood windows with 7/8 inch wide simulated-divided-lite muntins and detailing to match existing, two-sided fence along parking, and shed no taller than fence. Shed and fence to be stained with an opaque stain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
