No objection to issuance of permit to repair existing porch in-kind per supplemental drawings received __ May 2015, which indicate round wood columns with smooth shaft and bead below capital, replace bead board ceiling in damaged areas to match existing, new ceiling fixture, and zinc coated metal roof with flat seams.  Note:  Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
