No objection to the issuance of permit for proposed rooftop and rear additions as shown in supplemental drawings received 6 July 2015 which indicate a pergola at side yard, lower trellis with concealed lighting, slanted glass canopy over the side entrance, only one light fixture at rear door and meters located in cellar. No signs were included in the scope of work on this permit application. File new submission at DCRA of drawings, including dimensions and details with permit application for any sign and awning for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
