Recommendation

The Commission regrets that the alterations, replacement window and blade sign were completed prior to review or permit.  No objection to issuance of permit for existing blade sign for "Chez Billy Sud" and for alterations as per supplemental drawings received 10 September 2015 which indicate single-glazed all-wood replacement window with 7/8-inch-wide true divided light muntins, removal of nailed-on shutters, removal of light fixtures and exposed conduits at cornice, and blade sign illuminated by two B-K lights mounted to bracket PROVIDED there are no exposed conduits.  Corrective work to be completed no later than 31 December 2015. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
