Recommendation
The Commission regrets that alterations to masonry opening and the removal of the windows was completed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance or permit for alterations to window opening for new door, for six-panel wood replacement door, for single-glazed all-wood replacement windows with 7/8-inch-wide true divided light muntins, and for new operable wood shutters 1 3/8-inches thick to replace nailed-on shutters as shown in supplemental drawings received 11 September 2015. Windows, doors and shutters to be painted. Corrective work to be completed no later than 31 December 2015. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
