No objection to issuance of permit for new front porch with copper roof, brick piers, and two wood columns per supplemental drawings received 5 May 2016 which indicate columns are no less than 6-feet-tall, wood railing balusters are no more than 3-inches on center, and new stair is concrete to match color and texture of existing historic concrete stair at sidewalk PROVIDED that historic concrete stair and cheek walls remain in place. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
