No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations including copper and glazed monitor at hyphen and new steel fenestration at first floor of rear ell and existing 6/6 wood windows at second story of ell to be repaired per supplemental drawings received 4 November 2015.  The Commission regrets the extent of interior demolition in this Federal-era building.  Note:  Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
