No objection to issuance of permit for one sign with halo-lit letters up to 14 ½"-tall reading "Bluemercury" on a 1'-8" X 8'-4" metal panel mounted on the brick facade below second floor windows, and two vinyl decals up to 9 5/8"-tall reading "Bluemercury makeup skincare spa" on angled windows adjacent to entry door, per supplemental drawings received 12 January 2016.   Note:  Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
