No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of windows with all-wood 1/1 insulated double-hung windows, for front door with a 4 panel wood door, and for a pair of doors at rear elevation per drawings received 15 January 2016. Original brick mould and decorative panels to be repaired. Insulated glazing is appropriate in this case because new windows are 1/1 and replace non-historic multi-light windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
