No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear, 6 1/2-feet-tall painted wood fence, permeable brick terrace on sand and gravel base, and wood deck per drawings received 20 April 2016 which indicate planting area around three sides of deck. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
