No objection to concept design for proposed addition to garage, site work, and alterations PROVIDED that steps to roof terrace incorporate turf, brick terrace is set on permeable sand and gravel base, replacement landscape match existing, wood gate is deleted, and up-light landscape fixtures installed without review are removed. Recommend that brick retaining wall behind historic metal fence along sidewalks are removed and berm returned to original condition to match other historic houses at this intersection. File new submission of working drawings, including architectural details, dimensions and landscape plan, with permit application for review by the Commission.
