No objection to issuance of permit for proposed solar panels installed no higher than 7 inches above standing seam copper roof per drawings received 8 August and 15 August 2016 as red-lined which indicate panels set back 15 inches from the east end of roof PROVIDED installation is not visible from a public thoroughfare and all attachments to masonry are through mortar joints. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
