No objection to the concept design for proposed alterations, including fenestration and elevator overrun, and site work, per drawings received ___ October 2016, which indicate chimney is maintained. Recommend that reconfigured HVAC not sit forward of the elevator overrun, the roofline and gutter of the elevator overrun is in line with the existing rooftop shed-roof addition, and the satellite dish is either removed or relocated to a location where it is not visible from a public thoroughfare. File new submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
