No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to garage per drawings received 18 November 2016, which indicate retention of the windows on the north elevation, the restoration of the wood door on the south elevation with the glass windows, and the addition of a single window on the upper level of the south elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
