No objection to issuance of permit for proposed wall-mounted sign comprised of 12-inch-tall individually pin-mounted letters, and proposed blade sign consisting of 24" x 24" wood sign affixed to existing bracket per supplemental drawings received 7 February 2017, PROVIDED proposed wall-mounted sign is centered over front entrance and awning is removed from the scope of work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
