No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to two separate adjacent contributing residences that were subdivided into one residence, per supplemental drawings received 11 April 2017, which indicate alteration of window fenestration at second floor of 1250, installation of double-hung wood windows with 7/8" muntins at all front windows, installation of full-height door at 1250 with no transom, and the reestablishment of the original door plane at 1246 with four-panel door and single-lite transom. If installing screens, only half screens are permissible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
