No objection to issuance of permit for siding replacement, per drawings received 23 June 2017, PROVIDED existing siding is maintained when possible, German lap siding profile is maintained where extant, corner boards and window trim depth are maintained, and new wood siding matches existing in material, dimensions, and reveal. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
