No objection to concept design for addition at the south elevation and enclosure of the base floor at the east side of the former Georgetown Incinerator building, per supplemental drawings received 26 March 2018, PROVIDED more skylights are incorporated than terrace at the base-floor enclosure, the height of the south addition aligns with the masonry head, and corten is used at the addition. File new DD submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
