No objection to permit approval for alterations, including replacement of the front stoop with limestone treads and landing with a brick base and soffit that is rounded underneath, removal of unoriginal pilasters at the entrance door, replacement of basement shutters and door, replacement of steps to basement entrance with brownstone, and the addition of four structural retaining star plates, per drawings received 18 August 2017. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
