No objection to issuance of permit for installation of new roof due to fire, per drawings received 24 October 2017, PROVIDED staff is involved in the process on a weekly basis. Close attention must be paid to the venting, coping and flashing around firewalls and chimneys, and brick repair and repointing at walls. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
