No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to terrace and front entrance at White Gravenor Hall on the campus of Georgetown University, per drawings received 23 January 2018, PROVIDED further study of design of ADA ramp at west side of terrace in order to ensure protection of specimen Blue Atlas Cedar Tree, and reuse of historic material for reconstruction of balustrade. File new design development submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including dimensioned architectural details and cut sheets, with concept application for review by the Commission.
