No objection to concept design for non-illuminated signage plan, which includes two pin-mounted signs - one reading "south moon under," and repair work, including removal of c. 1980 cornice and awnings above first floor and clean up and repair of pediment, per drawings received 9 February 2018, PROVIDED the "south moon under" sign is centered over the doors (Option 2) is used and holes from removed awnings and cornice are repaired. Permit drawings must include details about sign installation at brick recess, as well as drawing details showing removal of cornice and awnings. File new submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
