No objection to issuance of permit for selective demolition, repair, and replacement of the service stairs on the west side of the house, per supplemental drawings received 26 March 2018, which indicate that the slope and number of steps will change, PROVIDED the existing metal railing is retained or replaced to exactly match existing and as much existing fabric is retained as possible, including cheek wall and base of stair. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
