No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated signage plan, which includes two pin-mounted signs (one reading "south moon under" and one for a future tenant), and repair work, including removal of c. 1980 cornice and awnings above first floor and clean up and repair of pediment, per supplemental drawings received 22 March 2018, PROVIDED the second sign for future tenant is submitted for approval. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
