No objection to issuance of permit for enclosure of existing loggia at ground floor of rear, per supplemental drawings received 12 April 2018, which indicate 4-foot section of fence at rear yard shall remain. Note that basement work from the previous approval (OG 17-375) will no longer be completed, and this approval overrides any previous approvals for basement work, including basement entry stairs at rear and basement windows at front. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
