No objection to issuance of permit for window replacement at front and rear elevations, per supplemental drawings received 9 May 2018, which indicate single-glazed, true-divided-lite, six-over-six wood windows at the front elevation, removal of balcony at the third-floor of the rear elevation, and installation of fixed aluminum-framed window systems at the rear. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
