No objection to issuance of permit for pin-mounted sign reading "Manny & Olga's" at the existing metal fascia of the storefront, per drawings received 13 April 2018, which indicate the sign would be installed with a raceway, PROVIDED the raceway is painted to match the fascia and penetrations at the existing metal fascia are minimized. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
