No objection to concept design for three new signs - one halo-lit sign at main corner entrance, one sign at M Street entrance to be illuminated by existing gooseneck lights, and one non-illuminated sign at Wisconsin Avenue entrance - two plaques at main entrance, replacement of main entry doors and M Street doors, repair of tile at main entrance, and installation of tile at Wisconsin Avenue entrance, per drawings received 19 November 2018. Operable storefront windows are not part of this application or concept approval. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
