No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration alterations at rear elevation, per supplemental drawings received 8 May 2018, which indicate new steel window systems at the first and second floors to fit existing openings and new six-over-nine, double-glazed, double-hung, wood windows with simulated-divided-lite muntins at the third floor. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
