No objection to issuance of permit for site work at west side of former Georgetown Incinerator building, per drawings received 8 June 2018, which indicate the installation of new precast concrete pavers, reinstallation of existing granite pavers at autocourt, and removal of granite cobblestones at driveway to be replaced with a darker "charcoal" paver to retain strip design. Existing cast-iron drain covers would be cleaned and reinstalled. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
