No objection to concept design for alterations at the basement stone stairway underneath the main-entry metal stair during basement underpinning, per drawings received 25 May 2018, which indicate stairs would be reset using existing materials and small are would be carved out to accommodate trash receptacles, PROVIDED door frame is retained and recess of reinstalled door remains. Applicant must follow up with Public Space Committee. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
