No objection to concept design for alterations at side and rear, including window replacements, new paneling and windows at side porch infill, new triple ganged windows at rear, new entry cover and stoop at rear, new paving, replacement of garage door, and new stucco at existing CMU wall, per drawings received 16 November 2018, PROVIDED the sill at triple ganged windows at rear is dropped to align with new window openings at side, an arborist is consulted about soil depth at new planting bed, and new paving is installed on dust. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
