No objection to concept design for alterations, including two new dormers at front, replacement of entrance door, replacement of shutters, new shed dormer at rear, window replacement at rear, and enclosure of atrium at center of house, per drawings received 22 November 2018, PROVIDED the front dormer design is restudied and new single-leaf front door appears as two-leaf door. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings, including block plan for dormers, for review by the Commission.
