No objection to issuance of permit for replacement rooftop mechanical unit and proposed ventilated metal screening, per drawings received 16 November 2018, which indicate all other ductwork and mechanical on the exterior of the building will be removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
