No objection to approval of concept design for a new two-story rear loggia addition, lap pool in the side yard with associated landscaping and fencing, replacement of front light fixtures, extension of railing on front stoop, demolition of a non-historic chimney, two skylights, and construction of a new chimney, per drawings received 16 November 2018, PROVIDED that stucco on addition is differentiated from the existing, the existing tie-backs on the front facade are replicated, and the wall surrounding the side entry door does not receive stucco. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
